I hope Dallas makes this right. I had similar issues, but paid via PayPal and he ate the cost so I had recourse. Since I paid that way, I never had any worry. I hope you guys did not pay FF.

I agree in the future if he makes this right he should just be selling them outright once he gets them back. I know some guys know him personally, someone should shoot him a text...

Oh, so simply communicating better would have made this a non-issue. :-

Buyer maintained for several months that he wanted Dallas to fulfill the order.  We get it that he was sloppy in his shipping and record keeping which he seems to have rectified.

If he lied about the things he was doing to try to get them and doesn't issue a quick refund, then I'd say he's a bad trader. But as I said, time for someone else so critical to sack up and take the time and effort to which he assumes great risk in order to provide sticks they'd never be able to get otherwise

You are clearly out of touch...this has been going on almost a year i believe...if you want to run shit like this do it right or dont do it..mistskes happen but this is long past pointed out to Dallas..mit is unacceptable this is not handled..however i do understand nobody wanting to rock the boat with money tied up...

Read the timeline.

Buyer admitted to wanting the order fulfilled until now.  At no point from the deposit until the original post does it appear the buyer asked for anything other than the cigars to be filled.    Had Dallas realized the mistake early on and just sent a refund for the missing bundle, there'd be people on here bitching about that too.
