IMO only if the person has given you a price. I have had numerous responses to my ISO's where the person didn't send a price. It only takes about 10 seconds in a PM to say "Yes, I have some." Hardly worth getting all offended over if you don't get a reply (which some have here). OTOH, I myself have responded to numerous ISO's (and I always give a price), and if somebody didn't respond back, it was no biggie, since I either already knew the price off the top of my head, or it took mere minutes to find out.
