These cigars are past their prime and not worth any markup at all IMHO. They were much better fresh than they are now, at least the ones I have from 2009.

I have to agree with AK these sticks aren't better then any other Tat black that you can get right now. When they were around a year or so old they were one of the best Tat around IMO but they seem to have lost some of it's characteristics threw out the last two years or so...

The best Tat blacks I believe that are smoking great right now are the 3 pack event ones. now those are some great smokes...

I think it depends on what profile you are looking for in the cigar.  I just had one and still found them evolving and did not seem past their prime to me.  Just not as in your face and more refined.  You have to pay closer attention to what you are smoking.  Just my opinion.

I am with Brad on this one... never really enjoyed the Tat Black profile, and thought it was overly spicy and in my face.  So, I tried a fresh PL, and never had another... these might be more enjoyable to me now with some age, and time to have some of the spices muted with age, as I really don't like the typical DPG/My Father or Tatuaje "in your face" smokes.  I really didn't care much for the Mummy, and that one was based on the Black profile too... and to me, these weren't that great fresh.  Just my opinion...and tehre are alot of people that like that strong in your face spice, and they would be the ones who preferred the Tat Black profile.

JMO, but if you don't like the "in your face pepper" from the blacks, age WILL do wonders for them.  Totally agree that they get more refined and actually have a better profile (for me anyway).
