I'm not a genius by any means, but in situations like this when I see someone say "Once I okay the cigars" or "I will inspect the cigars and then issue a refund", what that means to me is "I now have a loophole to tell him to fuck off".

It sucks it has to come to this, but based on what I've read I think you backed yourself into a corner.

I have value for them, I think they're regular Lusis. It's not $1300 but 14 regular Lusis are not devoid of cash value, or enjoyment value. Why would I just send these back to someone who for 14 pages now has been dealing in bad faith?

I think that is your only choice here. If Taps has offered to be the 3rd party and Leo has agreed, just send the damn things back and get this over with.
