What I find funny is that you wabt to inspect returned as you know what you sent yet when you got this box you didn't notice the sloppy glue job. Did you sign your name on every stick so you know what he's sending back?

No, he only wants them back so he can re-use the bands. But the box is one cigar shy now, so if anyone has an extra band, please send it to Leo  (the “band needs to be intact as well, not torn, and still in their "ring" shape” so I  don't have to deal with that messy glue stuff again) . . .

Sorry all, busy weekend, took some catching up on the threads.

So, long story short, Leo wants me to send him the cigars no questions asked and expect after all this that he'll suddenly decide to do the right thing.

I offered the standard third party escrow solution.

I don't think I have to channel Nostradamus to foresee that he'll say

a) that this is unreasonable
b) that he's covering his own ass, and
c) that no further refund offers will be made.

That being said, if you're a member in good standing and are willing to serve as third party, please let me know in case my cynicism is unwarranted.

A third party is unreasonable I will not have money leaving my bank account without the cigars in hand.  You would feel the same way after getting scammed like I did this summer.

You claim that the cigars are fake, so why will you not just send them back and get this over with. based on tou opinion you are out 1300 with fake cigars or you are out 1300 with no fake cigars. You must know that the cigars are in fact real and you can stop claiming that their not. Either way you don't have $1300, and I will not be refunding any money until the cigars are in my possession.

First of all I do have the money. Second of all why does Ken care if the cigars are fake. He has no value for them. Once he sends them to me the cigars he will get the money.
