I can't help but believe that anyone selling cubans here will not want to sell anything to you Mike. Just sayin.

I am not sure why the big money playa would waste his time buying seconds here. With all your worldly travels you should be buying master cases and having them shipped to ya. I collect welfare and find no need to buy here. Someting not add up. But lets waste 13 pages of bandwidth over $190.

Thing is Moki is right. I can't see reading Aaron's post about he and his friends smoking some, and finding them delicious, or Moki's opinion, either way, as proof, for me at least. I'll be standing by my smoking the 2 cigars back to back, and finding them to be completely different cigars, and the outdated bands as MY proof.
If Aaron's and Moki's findings help anyone stay confident with the original vendor, then yes, its been a benefit to the whole.
So what exactly would be "proof" to you? Just curious...
If you only listen to things that reinforce your existing opinion, you're never going to get accurate information.

You made up your mind on the matter the minute you posted this thread. You admit earlier that you have a naive palate but you insist that you do not trust the palate of well respected established members of the community. Go figure.

This is exactly what I've been wondering the whole time, why all the wasted typing you answered your question a long time ago but keep going back. One thing about moki is he has done MANY blind taste tests that have so much to do with what this entire thread is about that I would respect anything that he comes up with on this matter. What things affect your Palate i.e. bands, wrapper color, what someone says, the way you feel.... the list goes on and on really.

I'm interested in your opinion. Could your opinion be proof? Of course not, but again, it would be more information for me, and I welcome all information.

You clearly skipped out on your helping of humble pie this Thanksgiving. You come across as an arrogant know it all, yet with very little to substantiate the latter....and plenty of the former within this very thread.
Your choice of title of this thread alone speaks volumes. Particularly due to what you've chosen to use as your so-called "proof".

Does anyone come across very well after a 13 page argument or debate?
Probably not.

Agreed, good question. Not sure at this point. As stated too many times. I smoked one, and thought something was wrong. I smoked a real one 2 days later, and found them to be different cigars. Further research showed the incorrect bands.
If Moki's opinion is that these are authentic, and I find other Sublimes with bands discontinued 2 years earler, I would certainley have to reevalute my current opinion.
