Out of all the scammers that have come and gone, none have ever had a knock on the door and this guy won't be the first.
That said, you're hard pressed to predict when a 911 call will be responded to, let alone a guy like this.

just curious, now that its legal to bring back limited amounts of cc's to the states, is it illegal to sell them peer to peer?
