Thanks Guy's and I would still have split the thing, I was very happy with my bank last night. I am sorry this is so confusing the first post I tried to make it clear. I now have my money back but only because of my bank he offered 0.

I did get the check revered but after he agreed to pay half just to end it and the check cleared he refused to pay it.

I am done with the exception of telling my friends and I have a lot of friends. I am still shocked about this I considered him a friend why would anyone do this for a couple of hundred bucks.

I am sure in his mind it is still my fault, I have also since learned he was drop shipping or something to another guy so he is only trading for profit and not out of his humidor.

I appreciate a place where a guy like me can post something like this, no other board has a place to do this. Just negative feedback and nothing else, I sent in an extra donation just for this reason.

Well now i am out 236.00, along with the guy at cigarpass who lost 360.00.
Ive been trading on and off for 10 yrs.
And still no one has lost a dollar or a cigar trading with me, and thanx to the guys who have

Dave can twist the truth around pretty good, but there is smomethung very stinky
about Smelvis`s story, its almost like he hung me out there on purpose.
And after he was thrown out of Puff a few months ago, i followed him to Asylum to spport him
and now this. I know he has back pain and takes a lot of vicodan for it, and has mood swings. So now i have to defend myself.

The way I see this is that Dave, a guy that would give the shirt off his back if anyone ask, was bulled it to covering a guys rip off, should Dave have sent the money, No, but no one should have ask or made it seem like it is his fault. Plan and simple, I saw how this went down and it just wasnt right. I never hold any but myself to blame if I make a bad deal, Sure the rip off arist is a duche in this whole thing. But you have to take it on the chin and do what you can to collect from that guy, no need to drag a 3rd guy in it.

Okay I was ready to stop I did send the pm's to the guy's who asked them, anyone else want proof I am feeling like sharing. Avi/x man also drop ships from Holts to make profits from everyone.

I have x man caught in at least four lies the one that turned this sour was he refused to just split the damn thing once he thought he had my money. The big one where he could have saved face with me!!!

No one I have talked to who has seen the pm's thinks anyone owes x man or avi how many handles does this guy need anything. most are unsure if he even sent any money to this other guy he claims ripped him off, I would like to see some proof that this even happened???

I did throw him under the bus mostly because he earned after he kept lining his pockets at my expense and would not take any responsibility for his own actions and his need to blame others.

You called yourself a friend yet how many time did you say our friendship was at risk if you did not get this money? Now back to my health again it's pretty poor but yet I still earn my own living and live in my own house and still manage to donate thousands to the troops every year. I have hundreds of friends who would love to simply know who tried to rip me off, the guy who sends thousand of cigars to the troops every years like I said 12,000 and counting. I have kept it all at board handles and no real names.

Do you want to admit you are wrong and just drop it or do you want to continue a few day's before Christmas with all your lies?

I would prefer to drop it as most all my friends are spreading the word and I got most of my money back, I still see no proof of you losing any, if you want to continue would you at least provide some proof?

I prefer to drop it because I do not need the high blood pressure and constant headache? I will reply every time I see a lie spoken, but will stop as soon as you do. How about this since you can not prove anything and you know it we give you an out and just leave it as it is!

Now a simple word of advice if you had really been a friend and wasn't threatening me with all kinds of shit as well as losing this so called friendship, which we know know was only there when you could get money from me and promptly stopped when I stopped paying. Lets just say if you really was a friend and needed a couple hundred I would have easily just given it to you, no strings!!!!!  It only became a problem when you started to lie and com me!  remember that.

One last word, about spinning stories. I write poorly I admit this! But it is pretty easy to spin a story if all you do is say what happened, I am not one of those that needs to remember what I said because I don't lie, so telling or as you call it spinning is easy because you just tell the truth about how it happened.

There is no fun in having to do this, in fact it is downright frustrating and does not help my health at all. You have had whole shit loads of chances to make this right including me paying for half of your f**k up and you still did nothing, do not blame me for having enough and posting what happened, what did you think would happen?
