1.  Call a priest
2.  Drink plenty of water (NOT BOURBON -- learn from those that have gone before you)
3.  While smoking with one hand, place the other hand on the back of your head

Talk about a triple shot of Vitamin N.......by the time I got close to the band I had "the moisties"....light-headed, palms sweating, having conversations with dead relatives.....

I forget what the "Official Time" was, JL.  But maybe you can post it and give them a reward if they "break the record"?  LOL
