First, I have to thank you for getting me to find out how to say beh-hee-kay. *gasp* I used to say beehike but never again!!!.
There is a CC called a Quintero and it is a decent smoke for $3 even here in Toronto! So we keep a bunch in our humidor for moochers. We even like them once in a while too.
But for the one we feel is going to butt out prematurely, we have tins of those Macanudo cigarillos. They are fun in the car anyway. But we don't spend our $ or waste precious space on stinkers 8)

Feb 6 is our 25th Anniversary and we have ordered 2 of the little darlings - Behikes - BHK 54's! A whole box will be at our shop where we buy cigars but we can only afford or want 2. We shall report!
Cheers,

Now that I have been a distinguished member of this group for a couple of days I have the ultimate answer to the moochie ponderance.
And it is this.
Cigarettes. Those old PLUS brown ones, not in the humidor of course.
Bwa hah.

I keep some low cost( bundles of seconds) in my old humidor at the cabin that I can hand out and still feel that they are smoking a real cigar. I do have the draw poker handy just in case it's plugged.

Gran Habano Vintage 2002. At $2 a stick they are perfect to hand out to moochers. The cedar wrap with the red ribbon makes them think they are getting something awesome. They actually taste pretty good too after a few months of rest. :bangin:

New suggestion for the mooch issue. Last night Matthew company had an event at a jazz bar where they took over the whole place and there was a heated patio out back where cigar smoking was allowed. I did not know this going in, I just always have a stash of smokes with me just in case such an occasion arises.
I bring a couple of decent ones for me, and some average ones for moochers. Who likes to smoke alone?
But I also brought my scissor cutters. And when some noobs wanted to join us who I knew were not going to finish theirs, I cut one in half and gave them each a "mini stick". They felt like part of the group but I was not out so much.
