I hope he eventually responds, but let's see. I have not yet left any feedback in hopes he tried to make it right. But not responding tom inquiry when I know for sure he saw is is fishy. He responded so quick to someone that wants to give him money, but not to me trying to even find a middle ground for the issue.
In the end prolly chop it up to lesson learned.

Wow...looking to get 1200 for a cab of VI's and can't afford to throw in a boveda?
Sorry about your luck but at least you didn't piss away 1200 bucks.
He's not going respond after his last "you can file for insurance with USPS" comment.
Unfortunately I'd say put an X thru the seller and move on.
Thanks for the warning heads up on the seller.

Well, I am here to defend myself. I am sorry that a 3 cigar purchase isn't my top priority at the moment. I work like crazy, am selling my house, moving and have a toddler and pregnant wife. Shit's kinda crazy right now.
I asked for photos of the supposed damage and completely dried out cigars I sent. Still haven't received them. I sent an email and cell number last week.
I will get this resolved but I also can't control the USPS taking 3 weeks for a 2 day delivery. My feedback speaks for itself. One bad shipment out of hundreds. We will make it right as soon as I get proof.

I do understand that you're busy and im more than happy to work it out. But you have to admit that it's sketchy when you instantly reply to someone who want to spend more money. Literally today, I had my buddy inquire about your EH Taylor. and not even 2 minuets later you replied, which raised a flag for me.
Also I can share all of my messages you have nor replied to me once since that image I posted and never requested photos. You never. sent a phone number either, if you might have forgot to hit send then thats cool, but im more than happy to show my message history showing your last message to me was on the 19th.
In fact let me do that now.

The fact that you belittle the trade as just a 3 cigar purchase says it all. It doesn't matter if its 3 cigars or 3 boxes, they should be treated the same. Everyone has a little bit of time each day to answer a pm. Just sounds like you dont give a fuck.

yes you send me that, but never replied after. You also said
"I asked for photos of the supposed damage and completely dried out cigars I sent. Still haven't received them. I sent an email and cell number last week."
And "started off with no I cant replace" them and never responed. which never ever asked to see pictures of the damage
but now that you just messaged me back lets see what we can find out.

How do you know whether I care or not? I have asked for photos of said damage. You think I sent him my email for dick pics? I have hundreds of transactions with positive reviews on various forums. This guy is new here and I don't get the benefit of the doubt? How do I know he's not trying to pull a fast one on me?
