was 40 boxes, in one package. Which is nuts, but theyre really fun to open
everybody orders different, if i order 2 boxes per order id be placing orders nonstop

Ryan,
Does a box of 40 cigars, cause issues with cuastoms, due to size/weight? I have always heard about certain weight limits to assist with getting boxes through, but maybe a box that big, if they assist with declaring things falsely, has no issues getting through.... would love to know.

Hey Todd
Marc from C1 said he has historically had better luck shipping larger packages since he felt the customs agent would never think a huge box must be cigars. Probably makes the fake customs declaration more plausible when they say ceramic jar etc if the box is larger

That theory is probably correct... customs would never expect someone to send 40 boxes at a time with the risk or seizure involved. To me its amazing what the customs people do open and inspect and I truly think its just a handful of spiteful individuals who destroy or steal cigars here or there.

i wouldn't have thought customs is actually looking for cigars. I always figured they are looking for more important things like drugs etc. they stumble on a box of cigars they opened, and let it pass anyways with the tape so they don't have to do the paperwork, or confiscate/send the letter/etc.

I always thought they have certain push periods where they confiscate cigars because someone at the top gave them shit. Then after it creates ton of extra work they stop again until the next time. Squeaky wheel kind of thing

ya, i knew that happens once every few years so that they can send something to the media or meet some quota or something stupid. confiscate 100k cigars in a 2 week period lol. so besides those times, i really didn't think they cared about cigars at all

Almost 10 grand on one order! That would be a lot of fun!
