I don't believe this guy had any ill intent, I've had transactions in the past and he was top notch.

So you don't believe me? Then feel free to call a spade a spade and call me a liar... Why would I make that up just to steal $120 from you? I was selling them at a more than fair price, $24 a stick, which was what I paid for them in 2010. I dropped off 10 packages to be sent out for work and 1 for you. I didn't stand there and wait for them to label them because they will put postage on them and I can pay later when I come back. It's a perk of living in a small town. I've never had an issue with USPS so I didn't bother checking anything. Shit happens man and I guarantee you that I wouldn't create a hassle over $120. I appologized and said I'd refund your money. Case closed

OK. Don't know you from Adam and have never dealt with you. Don't care what you paid for them in 2010. People never did great business and decided to go shady on this site before? $120 goes far in a small town.
What's the tracking number? Don't tell me you're only sending 10 packages and can't keep track of the tracking numbers.
Post it for all to see.
Now can the OP post a screenshot of the refund going through?
P.S.: OP, I rarely sell here and trade only once in a while. If I send you a package, I promise I will
bother checking anything.
until you receive your package.
Shit happens man
so I will be sure that life doesn't "happen" and you get fucked towards my benefit.

Do I think this guy was trying to scam me for 120 dollars, no. Does shit happen...yes. I don't sell on here, and really I try and limit how much I buy as well. These cigars came up, I loved the box I had figured I buy 5 to hold onto for a while. Anyway I didn't want this to become a big deal, but 20 days in and I had not heard anything so I had to do something. I was supposed to get a refund yesterday and have still not received one. More waiting on my part, did usps lose the package, maybe idk i dont care I just want the money back. Really I want the cigars, but at this point I just want my money.
I'm sure he's a nice guy, who has been to many houses. But you sit on hold while someone has your money and see how you feel.

HE STILL HASN'T REFUNDED YOU?! But he has time to log in and spout off.
Further, Monte Grand Edmundos were $150 a box back in 2010, and they were still around for years at that price. Shameless.

This would seem to imply that your own pricing is anywhere close to original. Are you really trying to pass that off ?

You'd think he'd at least be smart enough to actually refund the money before jumping on here and talking smack about what a stand up guy he is.

I like you Hutch, but read Korean's justification of his position. Koreancowboy said he sold these for $24 a stick, which is what he paid in 2010. First off, correct me if I'm wrong, but weren't these late to market and not available until 2011? And second, they were $150 a box and readily available when released ... paying $240 doesn't make sense.

You'd think........ Not really understanding why a stand-up would make this rookie mistake. Don't really believe he's on a scam, but not finishing this doesn't look good.
