I know I'm late to the conversation but the thing that bothers me the most is the underlying issue. Why should we have to wait to appoint a new justice? I'm simply stating this because of the sad fact that even our highest court is biased and everyone wants a justice that will vote their way. Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought these people were impartial...I know they are not that is why this is so troublesome.
