Rules are rules. If someone can't check the BZ, or TC's before dropping coin on cigars I'm not sure posting threads where they don't belong will be much of service.

I'm here to try to help resolve this. I wish I could focus this negative energy into getting these guys made whole, and the scammers just made. Instead some like to dilute the spirit of the ORIGONAL arguement. That's pretty petty in my opinion.

I hate that people have gotten scammed out of money on transactions they did here on good faith.  It sickens me to learn that some have lost $1000+.  What sickens me just as much, is that respected members here have taken their personal agendas and dislike for TheGiver and disquised it as them doing some service to this site by citing a rule he broke by posting in the TSBC.  

TheGiver risked his own banning in order to save others from losing money.  This was a [u]true [/u]service to the site.  If one person was saved from losing money to this scammer, then Rule 8 be damned.   I have a new respect for TheGiver, and less respect for the ones who are bashing him for posting that post.  Kudos to TheGiver!  Hopefully, you won't get banned by Wade for enlightening unsuspecting members about an ongoing scam.
