I find it painful how so many people are waiting to flame someone. Does no one have the balls to tell some one in private message or does every shit someone takes, need to be out in the open?

I was making a general comment and have no idea who you are.  That said, if you want to do the troll dance with me I am sure I can oblige you - I am really a lot of fun.

The wild jungles known as the major stock markets will actually cancel a trade when a clearly off-market price gets executed.  Example: someone accidentally enters a sell for AAPL at $10.97 a share instead of $109.70.

On the NASDAQ and NYSE, the threshold for "Obvious Error" is a mere 5%-15% off the market price.  The NYSE has a wonderful phrase for this, the policy refers to "Unjust Enrichment".

But no such thing exists here.  Which is fine.  So just consider Battle Zone ridicule the only regulatory authority around here.

It's kind of nice, this Libertarian approach, compared to the real world.  Imagine having to file paperwork and getting regulatory approval for every TSBC/ISO post...

Pete is a really good guy, and uses allot of tongue in cheek. He has been around for decades, and is a fierce and snappy dresser. Don't go there with him, he will scratch you verbally.  :bounce:

Let's dance! I kid I kid. ;) I have no Ill feelings towards you. My problem is with keyboard tough guys that say "someone is an ass" but it takes someone to say something like I did before they will say "c.read is an ass". When I posted my comment about Magee I put his name and let it be known who I had a problem with. But I guess some people have no self respect, so they leave the accused, blank ( But it's obvious your taking about one person) so someone won't call them ( Pete in this case) on their bitch move (Yes I taking about Pete, but I didn't put his name because others do the same). So it boils down to Pete didn't have the balls to say something directly to me or the other guy. He wants to call someone out but is afraid to put a name on it. Don't lie to yourself and say "I wasn't trying to call someone out" because you created the threads to call someone out.

About making friends... I have as many friends as I need. Willing to make more. I am not wanting to stir shit just to stir. I have had a narrow argument this whole time. Why create threads like this without trying to solve the problem. It honestly feels like someone is being a tattle tale. Ummm I say what you did I'm going to go tell on you. Let's try being part of a solution not part of the problem.

You have to remember that much of this board has a Paul Blart-like mentality and polices the pricing like it's their duty to make sure everyone is charging what they have magically deemed to be a fair price.  After all, buyers here aren't consenting adults spending discretionary income for a hobby they enjoy and it's the duty of fine BOTL to make sure everyone gets what they want at the price they feel is fair.  I don't see any of them blasting buyers when sellers lose money on cigars, but they sure as hell put you on their list for making a dime.

Simple rule of thumb-never sell for below market because otherwise there is someone who will ultimately turn around and make a few bucks at your expense.  It's kinda like liquor stores who would sell Pappy at MSRP-the minute it goes out the door, the price then becomes 4-6 times what they just sold it, so eliminate the middle man IMO.  I don't care about what anyone lists something for sale here because I figure the market will dictate what you ultimately get.

You've been pretty much a keyboard warrior since I've seen your posts...why don't you take a step back and chill, there are enough abrasive people here as it is....and I guarantee you, being abrasive here whether you feel justified or not will do you more harm than good in the long haul ;)

Aren't warriors, heros? ;)

I'm not mad at anyone, not even Pete. I'm just saying, why be a bunch a girls to start rumors, let's be men and contact someone directly or put their name on it. But with your advice and lots of others on this board I realize there will always be trolls on the internet, who like to make something out of nothing. I am not saying anyone is a troll, or a girl. I am saying let's look at ourselves and see what describes us.

If you're afraid to say something to the person directly, don't post a thread with "someone" out the name of the person. Then ask your self would I want someone to do the same to me in a similar circumstance. Everyone makes a mistake.

Really ask yourself, no really ask yourself- If you made a mistake or didn't know something, would you prefer a PM or a thread started about you?

I'm not perfect I'll admit when I'm wrong, look at previous things I've edited and said sorry for. But am I wrong with saying let's show a little respect and have some dignity.

I'll shut up now, I've said my peace and expressed my problem.

I notice somewhere in the last 6 years, 2 days, 5 hours a whole of people got good at straw man arguments.  They must be learning it from someone.
