Who cares? Do you know the guy? Has he wronged you?
I can't believe people are so butthurt. It's a cigar. Granted, they don't make any I like, but still. It's just a damn cigar. Kudos to the guy for busting his ass and selling out. That's the American dream. Work your ass off and get paid and retire.
I've met him once. He knew I didn't like his product and had a bad experience with one of his guys and he was still the utmost gentleman. The folks reacting like children obviously need to get laid and further prove grown men have menstrual cycles.

He comes on like a date rapist and the cigars are mediocre at best.
This affects my cigar spending not at all.

This is the funniest post I have read in a really long time

Re: Jonathan Drew is a POS sellout
Why all the hate towards JD & Drew Estate? For the record, I have not smoked a single cigar from this company that I have enjoyed. And I'm stumped as to why some guys go crazy for the Ligas, Dirty Rats, etc...?
But to call the guy a pos? Don't know about that.
I don't know the guy, never met him. Don't really care about this move either.
But I have to respect the guy. Built a cigar company from nothing, marketed his product brilliantly(just look at the prices these bring) and unlitmatey sold his company for millions... What's not to like about it? Guys living the dream. :-)

This is a move to save his money maker(infused cigars) from the hands of the FDA. They stand no shot alone against the FDA. Maybe the have one know?????
The cigar world will unfortunately change in the next 2 or so years. God bless Murica!!!

^^^ Taps:
Are these quotes from JD? Like I said, I don't know the guy. And I really don't know anything about him, other then his company. Some of you guys seem to know him on a more personal level?
My opinion was more based off of his apparent business acumen. You have to at least respect that.(IMO)
I'm not privy to the 'blogger' incident you mentioned, so I can't comment on that.
