He's moving out of OH pretty soon and down to the Carolinas to work for the similar Honda plant he works now in Marysville OH

If he lived 45 minutes from me and stole $303, he'd end up with SERIOUS health issues!  :cal:

Getting ready to send him notice that I'm suing him, anyone want to join in, sort of a class-action suit in small claims court.  He might have other issues, like 'theft by deception', mail fraud, etc.  Each trade without payment could be considered a separate action.

I know I have no part in this, but where the transactions for Cuban's?  If so, the people suing could be in deep sh*t also.

They're just cigars, country of origin isn't at issue.  If I sold him shoes they wouldn't ask where they were made, right?

Just checked my 'online pay site' and found that the funds have been reversed again but this time in my favor.  Doesn't say how or why but after 5 months, I have all but 410 back (that being the 'online' site's fee for handling a reversal).'

Weird.  Oh well.
