No. They claim it's plume and you have to pay for return shipping.

+2... even after I gave them pictures of cigars covered in a lot of mold.

But like any vendor, things can happen even to the best of them.  But it's how a vendor handles issues is how they should be judged.  Sure there are people that have nothing but good things to say about Puro, but there are also a lot that have had bad experiences including me.  I received multiple orders with bad mold and the last straw was them basically calling me an idiot not knowing what plume is, even after showing them pictures.  I had no intention of sending back and would've been happy with them acknowledging the mold but instead they chose to belittle a customer.

If I were new to the CC world I would use them simply because of their pricing and other people giving them good reviews.  But it's no exaggeration when people talk about their mold issues and more importantly, how they have handled it when these issues come up.

That's messed up. I've always had good experiences with them. I've never had to speak to customer service. If they did that to you, then eventually it'll happen to me. To many good vendors out there to deal with that crap. Thanks for the tip.

Ive still have never dealt with purposes but like many others I've heard both sides of this war but from what I've heard about mold issues is they are all from a year or two ago so maybe they fixed their issues.  Plan on giving the a shot soon so fingers crossed ;D

They still have mold issues....  I can think of several recent orders in the last 6 months that have had mold.

Don't ever order any tubos from them.... That's just asking for it.
