Central NJ. I am in aberdeen in a rental until I buy a home. Leading bid at this time a home, should have a contract to the lawyers in the AM. Fingers crossed

The sellers accepted our offer. Lawyers are now involved. as long as a few things check out during inspection this should be a go in about 3 months
