Rob is a very good example of this, "hand selecting" product for an extra $20 - $100+ a box lol pullease...I smoked a box of his PSP D4's from '10. half them plugged, the other half not memorable at all, in fact that box alone almost made me take a break from D4's, luckily I had a few others from different sources that saved the day....bad cigars can come from anyone but if there ever was a GREAT example of gouging, that is it, straight from a vendor. Don't get me wrong great guy, even better marketing ploy...

Now know what you use as sources makes your prices even more interesting.  :finger:

I am more worried that none of his packages make it to US anymore - pretty much stopped buying from him.

I think there are shipping problems everywhere. What ends up happening a lot of times for businesses like this is volume increases but the ability to handle it doesn't. Every small business goes through it. Squeeze as much juice as you can until your hand is forced. Right or wrong typically comes down to a cash flow/profits thing. I know someone waiting on 3 boxes of RASS since August if you can believe that lol...he has gotten other orders in...slowly...but c'mon lol

I ABSOLUTELY stopped buying from him.  Received 1 of 3 boxes all bought around February of last year.  Multiple shippings supposedly occurred.  Just got my last refund and I'm closing the door on that chapter.

Lucky you - I requested a refund on the last order from September and they insisted on re-shipping (again). Last chance.

Reread my post.  This has been going on for a Year.  Even after I told them I had zero confidences in their ability to get a box to me, they were still insistent.  All three boxes PURPORTEDLY shipped multiple times.

Rob lost a lot of my locker stuff the past year and have been rolling my credits over to the "next purchase." Thankfully the next one is rerouted from SW, so fingers crossed.

What do you mean "lost a lot of locker stuff" as in lost your business or lost product?
