All EL`s have a 2nd band Xcept the very 1st ones from 2000

You are incorrect sir-EL's from 2000 do have a 2nd band.

Exactly, it says Edicion Limitada, but has no year... that was only for 2000, they started printing the year for 2001 EL releases.
