So I only sent one email the first time I didn't get an update on my shipment. He just replied with a screenshot of a refund for the full amount I paid.
$600 is pending refund in my PP account.
I guess thanks Rodney Watkins?

Maybe he only needed a short term loan to cover a cash flow issue?

He sent me refunds too, now its cancelled.
So im sure hes just trying to prove to someone he isnrefunding, when really hes not

I received an email this morning saying my refund did not complete. Says Rodney refunded my money then removed the refund.
Edit. It appears a "removed" refund means the person sent an e-check (which I didn't know was a thing until a few weeks ago) and no balance to cover.

Good point. Heres a guy refunding 20k then rescinding every one. Got to be a red flag somewhere?!?

I'm sure he emptied the account and then "refunded" everyone. I don't know what his game was though... I'm only down 225$ he refunded that but the fees for that was 6 and change so the total I would have received was 218$ and some change. Weird that I was being charged fees on a refund.
