I was actually eyeballing those old crusty Padron's, but after hearing this, I won't be buying anything from this "brother". :boty:

Is it really the sellers responsibility to refund money for plugged cigars? Isnt there an inherent risk of getting plugged cigars from time to time?

No. Everyone who sells cigars should know to test the draw on all of them prior to shipment.

I am basing my opinion on the fact that MG hasn't communicated with the buyer....not good!
Btw, how does one "test the draw" on unclipped cigars?

How are you going to test the draw on a cigar prior to shipment? I would love for you to prove me wrong, but your reply has me LMO...

For those that haven't figured it out (and there seems to be more than one person) that was sarcasm.

So far, 3 out of 3 were plugged... and these are smaller ring cigars so they can't be poked with a draw poker or any tool.
About 6 weeks ago, I PMd MG with a question, basically asking him if he had any problems with the sticks he sold me, or if anyone else complained of plugged sticks. I kindly asked him if he would consider doing soemthing about it, or maybe taking the other 3 back that I had not smoekd yet for a refund. No response.
About 3 weeks ago, I followed up, after attempting to smoke the 3rd plugged stick, and resent the same original message and added that I have had 3 of 3 plugged sticks so far. Another ignored PM.
Last week I sent my last PM to him, asking him why he refuses to respond to my PMs... no response.
This guy is a douchebag, and his ignoring my PMs admits guilt. He sells "sale" sticks from the 98-01 era (bought for $40-50 a box), that are of known lesser quality, and he got them dirt cheap and now resells them for 5-10x what he paid for them since they have some age on them.
I am going to leave a TC for him this week...

Tksamtec, I am just trying to understand what you are saying. Did you buy cigars that you knew were from 98-01 and they were plugged? Or did the seller say that they were from other years?
