Even though I didn't participate in the sale, I'm really glad it has all worked out.

wondering why the original listing for the Magnificos listed ONE box number...yet it seems that multiple boxes have been sold?

I believe he initially listed one box number, but stated multiple boxes were available.  He sent me pics of two boxes with different box numbers, codes, etc.

A little update on my purchase from Joe.

I picked up 2 boxes... a box of 08 Monte Sublimes and a box of 07 Party Culebras.  Everything arrived packed very well, and Joe threw in a nice hitchhiker in the box.  The Sublimes look great, and there is no issues at all with authenticity.  The Culebras got a little banged up in shipping, and I took a real close look at them, and they are very dry.  So fragile and dry that I opted to contact Joe about them.  I don't know the exact storage conditions of his stash, but the Culebras I got were without proper storage for a little while.

I am guessing that the small RG of the Culebras made them much more susceptible to lower storage RH (or very low storage RH).

Joe has been very communicative and we are working towards a solution here.  He has some amazing smokes, and I am sure that we will come to a resolution to this problem today.

The Sublimes he sent look great and the larger RG of those sticks has probably protected them from some potentially lower storage conditions.

Enjoy your purchases guys...and thanks for the excellent communications and willingness to work this out Joe.

Inquired about a 10'er of the Sublimes as they are listed 10 for $650 and got "sorry the ad isn't updated, down to last box $75 stick, seems like this seller has some real communication issues

I apologize for the delayed update on my list.  Out of town business kept me from this site for a bit.  Ill update ASAP.  As far as communication goes maybe you should check out my feedback and see I have been lauded for my communication throughout all my transactions.  If you have a problem feel free to man up and just email me sir,  Instead of whining over an extra $10 on a stick that you were given a fantastic deal on in the first place.  I notice there are a lot of "Keyboard warriors" on this site and they have gotten rather quiet since all the feedback has poured in, so I'll just chalk your post up to typical whining.  Again my work has turned my attention for a bit of time but I will update this list within 24 hours.  Thank you

Im just sitting back waiting for your bullshit to start floating.  you dont know shit about the cigars you are selling because they aint yours...you are just a front for some other asshole...maybe the smokes are real...but that does not change one single thing about what I said in earlier posts.  You are a liar Joe...plain and simple.  You told me your smokes were from switzerland...then they were from your "wedding a long time ago" then they were from as estate sale.  You were married in 2012 according to your facebook page and the only picture of a cigar you have is a 3 dollar fuente...you dont play in this league and you are no BOTL...dont confuse what you are selling to people who dont give a fuck about provenance as some sort of authentication as to your character.

You have managed to sell a fair number of HTF cigars without knowing their provenance. A wedding gift, I believe. Besides the obvious question that many BOTLs have about selling gifted cigar, selling cigars that you have no evidence of their authenticity is highly problematic.

There are still plenty of reasons for thoughtful BOTLs to be concerned about these sales, and to voice those concerns here.

BTW, the box you were selling with a SEPT month code is odd indeed. I'm not sure I know of such a month code. Just more food for thought.
