I reached out to him...and he did email me backl from his yahoo email account, which is the same one I have always used to contact him and pay him.  He asked me for details of what was going on, and told me that he tried to login here, but could not.  I sent him details and told him the scam was on the order of 10k+, and that his account here was suspended.  I have not heard from him since.

He did say that he was travelling over the past 2-3 weeks, but didn't provide many other details.

This address came from the paypal claim. I doubt it's real.

I've conducted hundreds of transactions with multiple pp accounts. When I first started getting into cars I was too young to have a PayPal account so my original one was made in my moms name but was linked to my checking account. It was PayPal policy that anyone under 18 couldn't be the name on the account.

Since then I've created my own account with another email and another checking account.

Both accounts are used by me but I do that so I can split the amount of money that comes in via PayPal.

FWIW, I communicated with Paulie 6 or so days ago... got a response back a day later asking for further details, which I supplied to him, and I have not heard anything from him since.  He doesn't seem to care.  A little disconcerting....

He was responding to me up to Friday. That's when he sent the email about all the different paypals. Asked some more questions and no response.

No one knows his address???  He's been on OLH for awhile, im sure he's bought from someone on here prior.  Might be worth a follow up is someone lives close...

I checked through all of my previous records and I have only bought from him using PP and Chase quickpay...I do not have any records of his shipping address.  Unfortunately, the boxes he used to ship me cigars are long gone or have already been re-used/recycled.
