People don't do their homework and get screwed over.   Quit buying stuff listed by people that a person with an IQ over 80 shouldn't question the legitimacy of the sale.

Getting a different IP address isn't hard.  Only a lazy scammer would bother attempting to use the same IP address. 

This case is not hopeless. I'll continue the good fight for Steve. Great guy, and deserves our support.  :bigup:

IP probably came from a Cell phone bought under an Alias name from Wal-Mart adding Data Time with a Pre-Paid Credit Card, paid with Cash. That's what I would do if I was a scammer.

The biggest issue I see here is that people consistently pay with friends and family. If a seller insists, I just won't buy. I always pay the fees and check off goods and services.

The modus operandi of this scammer isn't unlike what others have done. Sell small orders. Build up a few months of feedback. Then go in for the kill with HTF or expensive cigars. Hell, for all we know, it's one of the same who has hit before.

Wouldn't surprise me in the least.

This is definitely not someone new here that just decided to think about doing this. He's done it before, knows the drill. He will be back again. 100%
As you can see, the money made would be too hard to just stop. The Greed will play the factor here.

Just FYI from the front page. 
"PSA regarding registrations.  I've started rejecting all attempts to register from mobile IPs, and as I learn the IPs used by the mobile carriers I'm adding them to a ban list for the purposes of registration only.  You can still post and view the site from your mobile devices, you just can't register new accts."
