you have anticipated me, sir.

while it is not actionable, it is deplorable, and leaves a nasty taste in my mouth...

If it were within my power, changes would be made.

he still makes sales, and there's nothing you can really do except for take what happened into consideration if you want to make a purchase from Jason

I will not, but lesson learned.

He is selling on Facebook as well, and I just messaged an admin

He's a bottom feeder.  No one in their right mind would pay the prices he asks.
And his customer service apparently sucks the back door.

Just now reading this. How pathetic. I understand if it's a one off sale gone wrong, trying to do a usps claim, whatever. But when it's a regular flipper, man up and give the guy his refund on the spot. Whether it's a $10 deal or a $1000. Grow the f up. I've had a handful of occasions where usps flat out lost the package. I sent refunds. Just the cost of doing business. You got this guy flipping and being one of the worst prices out there and he's going to go petty and try to file a usps claim. wtf is wrong with you. I want to be surprised, but then again I'm not surprised. People's character always shine through given enough time. His prices, belittling a small deal while answering sales inquires, ignoring until he is called out, usps claim, not just refunding. Amazing

Its real easy to deal with scrutiny and consternation when the person in question here, just ignores this thread and the BZ altogether.  He may have read and posted early on in this thread, but has since put this on ignore.  Anyone posting here is just wasting their time and effort, if you are expecting your post to be read by the seller in question.

I am not posting here to punish this guy.

I am warning the innocent to beware.

Obviously our outrage has little or no effect on V-Rat .

Bump.

No skin in this one…other than I just can’t stand arrogant fucks who keep bumping their shit without dropping their price. And stupid prices at that. Clearly has zero interest in changing improving his rep. Won’t be long and no one will buy from him.

Hope you sold your 21 HDM petit robustos finally by the way.. :horse:
