I purchased the '05 50cab of Fundadores from Joe. Communication was excellent...shipping was prompt (2 days)...packaging was excellent...and the cigars are authentic...period.[/quote]

That's good enough for me.  Still a bit confused on how I missed these?  ???

Couple of side notes, primarily to Joe...

*The pic of the USPS DC receipt seemed at first a nice touch, but makes it impossible to copy and drag the # to the USPS site, neccesitating typing the # manually. It's easier on the recipient if you send the DC# in plain text. Just a thought :)

*Just as some folks have posted that they won't do business with you, this thread might be a terrific source for YOU to compile a list of folks that you might choose not to do business with. As full as our Internet world is of good BOTLs, there are always the keyboard warriors, so impotent in the real world, that they feel compelled to behave as you have witnessed. Hang in there :)

I have a wireless connection to my phone that notifies me whenever anyone, anywhere, posts Fundadores for sale :)

I won't hesitate to purchase from Joe in the future, as my trader comment reflects.

I understand some of the concern...we do need to be careful. But I truly believe that the problems cited have been circumstantial, and Joe will turn out to be a good guy, albeit quite naive.

I probably don't need to point out who originally blew the whistle on Triple Ligero

Quite naive indeed sir.  All I can do is shake my head at this point and continue to cite the positive feedback thus far from actual recipients.  All the chatter is definitely disconcerning and completely unnecessary as my intention Is to fulfill everyone's needs as requested. I can understand the concern and will continue to do the best I can.  I do have ALOT to learn and I am grateful for the continuing education thus far.  I sincerely thank all those for the positive feedback which comes from actual product in hand.  Again the proof Is in the pudding an so far so good.  Thanks again hutch robusto and everyone else.

I am a total Noob to this site, but ironically, I joined in the hopes of finding Fundadores. I am not sure whether to hate you for taking up all of the supply or agree with you and hope higher demand generates a supply side response. Ah well, I am in Europe in three weeks and will have access to an LCDH where I can buy at stupidly high prices.

Any suggestions for what to look out for in terms of fakes? (Apart from box codes) Even LCDH stores are not immune to people trying to fake it.

Whatever else, this thread has been helping me by educating me on the state of fake CCs. Thanks from a stranger guys.

I knew it!!!!
For whatever differences we may have, we agree that Fundadores are amazing cigars and 50 cabs are so alluring.

Happy for you that you found a great box and that the box found a good home and will not go to waste.

Just want to say that Joe was responsive and professional in responding to my inquiries and that Hutchs experience confirmed my instincts.

What a dick  ;D

I knew I should have just bought this right away but I asked for a pic first to verify. Looks like you swooped in before me. Nice work.

I'm glad I scored the Cab of '99s from Bruce a few weeks ago.

Enjoy!
