Per Rule 8 (under the "Read this first" post in the TSBC), Wade does not typically get involved with purchase disputes and leaves regulation to the users here via trader comments, etc.  In my 6 years here, I've only seen him ban people for multiple accounts and when they directly piss him off (a la Senior Perfucto).

That said, I don't know that I've ever seen a scumbag gloat like VRAT did, so I don't know where that falls.  It's a shame that the scumbag trader list is no longer being maintained.  VRAT would be a good candidate for that website.  Perhaps someone needs to resurrect that list.

Wade has made it clear that he refuses to get involved in trades and rightfully so. Unless the guy makes it a continual habit of screwing people here, it is doubtful anyone will intervene. And seller obviously knows that one sale out of a hundred that went bad isn't enough to give him the boot. I think the fact you provided us with all the evidence needed to make a determination about Rat's honesty is enough to make us not deal with him but many who've dealt with him before will continue to buy from him no matter what is said. Leaving you stuck was a dick move but it is more than obvious at this point he doesn't give a shit what you say about him nor what you think of him.
