I think that this situation does highlight a few ties concerning actions and character.  Over time, FOGs have seen the character of sellers here who turned out bad.  When that character is apparent in a current seller, the FOG feels the need to point out potential problems.  Then the FOG is coined a whiner, which thankful, does not deter his desire to warn. 

Now, does every seller who refuses to send first turn out to be a crook...No.  Do crooks come from the group of sellers that refuse....absolutely, or there wouldn't be as much theft.  The character portrayed by no-goods is typical prior to their actions.  In other words....did it really surprize folks here that riplaytime turned out to be who he was given his actions as portrayed through his attitude?
