Just read this since its at the top.

This is unreal.  Why wouldn't you make it right?  You just lost all credibility on this board  (obviously you don't care) and it really shows what your true intentions are.  All it would take is the profit on one of those boxes of freshies you marked up $100 and this would have never made the BZ.

Also, the excuse of being too busy always makes me laugh.  Never too busy to buy Ihav's or COH's quick flip boxes, never too busy to post for sale threads, never too busy to respond to inquiries, never too busy to take someone's money, always too busy to deal with post sale issues....

On the other topic, I had some of the handsome Jimmy's 8 or 9 years ago.  Those were a treat; CF never did much for me though.

He doesn't care, at least he doesn't have a new post, and also admins of a few FB groups told him he can't post until he resolved the issue in this forum.

im just surprised with all of the good reviews, a transaction like this is the one he wants to make difficult

Well, sorry about the issues.  Most guys here are good peeps and would make things right.  As someone said above, it takes years to build a good Rep and one bad trade to destroy it.

He was on yesterday at 1:30pm and again at 10:26am this morning...  so he isn't "that" busy....

I am afraid you are out of luck.

I think to some people their ego is more important than the money, their reputation, or future deals.

Guy may not have the money to refund.  Appears he had three boxes of Sir Winstons confiscated by customs:

I'm as shocked as the rest of you. Pages of glowing reviews and he throws his reputation to the wolves over 3 lousy sticks  ???

Yes I did sell those Punch Sir David. Made a sale this evening actually.  And didn't sell those here.
