It's been a few weeks so I sent Dallas a follow up email. Last time it took a bit and they just showed up so here's hoping. I did have 4 boli china re show up at my door (verified by my brother in law) so hopefully some more stuff will show up today.

Brad, not exactly. There were a total of 2 trips during that time frame. The first had some issues with all the cigars not being ready and some monetary changes there, so there was a shortage for some of the orders. If the full order was not there, then half was generally sent out and the orders made whole from the second trip.

On the second trip I got some more smokes for some other people that asked me. There was an issue with confication of monsdales and Rey did not have his cigars ready that I ordered from him, even though I had gotten an email confirming that the cigars would be ready when I arrived. So the monsdales and Rey's sticks were shy and I needed to reallocate what I had, which took some time after talking to everyone. I believe the original order was made whole, and there are a few people that I am going to get stuff for in the next few weeks.

Throw into that Paypal limiting my account because of too many personal contributions for over 2 weeks, tax issue with the state of kentucky on an old business from 05-06, ice storms, having to take my daughter's mom back to court, fuel pump in my car dying, and to top it off, a recontructed crown on my back moler decided to break apart last week. So, I have been a little slower than I like in gettig all these things done.

I don't see a problem with this. Matter of fact, I just sent Dallas an order.  He is putting out an open call for anyone that feels they are not made whole to contact him. Where is the issue?

I know there have been issues, concerns, lack of timely communications and much more related to this whole situation. Given all that, I've known the man for years and have had no true concerns even with the delays and certainly reasonable questions that have arisen.

At present I have been pretty much recently been made whole and have no doubt everyone involved will ultimately receive their due.

It's a tricky thing for Ninja to do what he's been doing for everyone (Cuba is Cuba and life is life).

For one I've been extremely patient and not even asked for or questioned the situation and expect my end will be totally resolved near term.

That said, I respect the concerns others have and hope that everyone in the end is OK with the entire ordeal.
