That is hilarious... and what ruling do you have for the slam in the post in the chatbox, XTR?

This one has me baffled... even me with my hormone fueled tourettes...

:smiley-cool:

*if someone posted that, never mind battle zone, they would hear from a lawyer.

This shouldn't be that difficult. If you see something overpriced, post in the Battle Zone, to let people that may not know something is overpriced.

WHENEVER I see something overpriced, I always post in here to alert our brothers (and sister). If you really want to try a certain stick, but don't know what they go for.....you could easily overpay. Wouldn't want that to happen to me, therefore I try and make it so it doesn't happen to you.

This version of the site is 4 yrs old, the "ban list" in my admin section is just over 2 pages long, and that includes a number of spammers that have found the site and been perma-banned.

The real problem is that close to 30% of the suspensions that I've handed out in the last 4 yrs have been in the last 3 months. There have been twice as many suspensions since 1 Jan 2011 than there were all of last year! That is an unacceptable trend and I'm taking action to correct it and I'm being as clear as I know how to be. In my experience rules work better when they actually are.

Don't envy your job and I am sure this is not what you signed up to do.

I screwed up and got the boot for a week. It will not happen again.

It must be a lot of work, but it's just "natural selection" in the TSBC section :D

People are frustrated that someone reminded them in the last three months that they is risk in ordering cigars. People want cigars to be free. They are not. And their frustration should not be everybody else's problem. The true gougers are those who mooch from the risk that others take and see no value in the work done by the ones acquiring the cigars. Thanks for this post Wade.

CB, I've been doing this for a long time. I know the interwebz can get pretty silly at times. On the old site there was an auction section, I had people threatening legal actions over copyrights or forcing people to honor $1,000,000 bids.
-->This thread <--I just made sticky if you are interested in the history here.

The page you see at www.onlinehumidor.com is the last remainder of the old site. I could have it auto re-direct to the forum but I leave it up for nostalgic reasons.
