Wade, the Cigar Community as a whole is better off now, as it was back in the day, with this site in place. It gives us a place to trade and sell our hard to find stuff that you really can't get anywhere else without paying an arm and a leg for.


    Also, it sure is nice to see some old names that were here back when this place was Booming. Keep up the Good Work Brau.

Actually I am glad you brought this up.  I was not surprised to see the people who were making some serious coin off your dime, only to not use the newer version of the older website cause they were not willing to CONTRIBUTE aka FEES.  These selfish pricks are the ones who should never ever be allowed on any cigar forum.  I hate freeloaders and I hate there mentality.  These same idiots are the type who are willing to sell out there own family let alone there own mother.

What I would like to see is some sort of association or consortium within the cigar community on line communities, this would allow for making sure a list of idiots and fools aka people and companies be BACKBALLED within the guidelines of this association.  Bottomline is if you steal from one on line cigar community then you are blackballed from the rest.  People need to understand there are consequences for stupid selfish business decision making.  This way the cigar on line communties being part of this association have more control of freeloaders.  There could be some sort of certificate or gold stamp visible to all that if you see this golden seal that this website is part of this association.  To the average member would not mean much but to the advertiser or medium to large retailer it will mean you better cross your T's and dot your i's if you plan on selling on the website.  Which means you pay your way or face being blackballed.

LMAO..  David no offence but the tittle of newbie fits you.. ;) We have a list and a network of insiders that keep us abreast of who the scammers are... There are several well respected boards that members are aware of.. We take care of our own.. With each group having those that are a little more aggressive in outing the scum bags.. On this board and a couple of others for example,  I would say Knuck does a fine job in this respect.

In the end sir,  the answer is doing your home work, knowing who is who and only trusting those that have earned that trust...

Keep up the good work Wade.. Dont get in as aften as I once did but it's good to see things are still staying tight and straight as usuall..
