I sent him links to the guy's 100% positive reviews on puff and ca, I also said That's all I knew about him. I could not say more because unlike here we can not sell Cubans on puff. I sent him 200 because as stated in the original post he whined that he was hurting so bad and kept saying it was my fault over and over again. Like any con man he wore me down!

I sent him the original pm's showing what I said and he ignored them. After his story changed I asked him to just end it and split the difference even though it was ALL his fault, I was tired of it.

I then spent $29 on a stop payment order and he then agreed to send half back if they cleared.

Well they cleared and he then said he would not even talk to me again. so again another Lie.

As I said I have all pm's and sent them to several people who all said I was nut to even consider sending him any money. I did so because he whined all damn night long by pm's and was so angry I figured he would calm down and look at the fact's he didn't and basically said go to hell. not in those words.

I checked with others via a friend who bought from this guy and they all got their cigars. I now do not believe he even sent any money. show us some proof of that you crook.

There is no way it is my fault even if you did send money and sending cash is not to bright for such a professional trader making money off others.

Now if anyone else want proof and is on puff I would be happy to show the proof. of what I said and what he said.

I bought a lot from this guy and figured he would make it right, if I had a couple of day's to think about it no way would I do it again.

You owe me $200 and I will not stop until I get it. now unless you are posting that you are sending me my money back you crook I choose to never talk to you again, anyone else I will answer any questions you have!

This whole thing is a little befuddling.  I've done a deal with Avi in the past and everything was fine. 

Avi, I'm a little confused so please bear with me as I'm just seeking clarification.  The $200 was because smelvis felt bad that you got possibly ripped off by parafumar who he in a way referred to you.  You said you wouldn't cash it until an investigation was complete, but he decided to stop the check and you went to cash it before it could be stopped. 

If that's true it makes him an "indian giver", but at the same time, is that $200 entitled to you in any way other than the fact that smelvis for a bit felt bad for you?  Other than changing his mind, what did smelvis do wrong and why should he be out $200?  It's not like he owes you for simply informing you about parafumar.

Dave please forward me whatever PMs you have.  This entire scenario is honestly one of the most bizarre clusterfucks I have seen in all my time on the boards.  If you want to print them to PDF and email them to me let me know, I will give you my email addy.

Now this is where I get suspicious and confused....

What exactly is stopping you from printing your PM's at puff to PDF and emailing them to Insight?

For some reason the response that you could not give Av the site or whatever and now cannot give to insight unless he goes to puff....

Just confused....and I know it is none of my business but confused, yea, thats it...

I don't know how to do pdf and and not sure I can figure it out.
I did give him the site I said he was on both puff and ca and even gave links to the guy's feedback which was 100% positive, I then said that's all I know about him. Send me an email and I can maybe cut a paste them.

As far as me feeling bad sure anytime this happens you do, but I never ever thought I had any responsibility, I was just berated and pm after pm about being on disability and living with his parents and how bad this is hurting him, I was worn out and needed him to stop.

I then in an earlier pm bragging about spending a couple grand at a time. Hope that clears that up, we did a lot of deals I was shocked when he came at me so angry like and thought he was a friend. I was wrong.

PS we are finishing a troop raffle and I don't come here that often so if I don't answer right away email me,  We just sent 56 large APO boxes to the troops and are drawing the winners to the raffle tonight so I don't want this negativity going on while I am doing that.

This blows, but this liitle free application will create PDFs: [url=http://www.cutepdf.com/]http://www.cutepdf.com/[/url]  Download and install.  When you want to create a PDF file just select print, and then select CutePDF in the dialog box.  It will print (save) the item to a file in PDF format.

Must have the free Adobe PDF reader installed for this to work.  Otherwise the professional verison is required and will set you back several hundred dollars.

Hope this gets resolved to your satisfaction.

I can not believe a person would risk their reputation and your main source of income making money off of BOTL which is typically frowned upon. Unless this is an error and it posted after your check cleared makes me think I got my money back, I will live with the loss of the $29 and I am now done with it. Was it worth all this bullshit dude! would a little honesty and honor maybe make your life better? Later!

On a side note in the last year we have sent very close to 12,200 cigars and an equal amount of treats and personal care products. This $200 will pay for shipping about 18 boxes to them!!
