I've never bought form AOC and thus can't comment on all of their offerings. I can only comment on Alex's situation and the fact that he hasn't been in Cuba for some time now.
To be fair, I don'tt think you can judge a stick being NC or CC by the wrapper, Ive seen my fair share of totally awful boxes over the years coming out of Cuba.
I was down there for the first time in March and Papo did mention Ramze by name without any prodding whatsoever and it sounded like he does a fair amount of business with him. Medio Tiempo in the lancero feels like a stretch though.
