If someone pays you via G&S and you refund them, PP keeps the transaction fee.

Gross Amount $145.00 USD
PayPal Fee - $4.68 USD
Net Amount $140.32 USD
When you issue a refund, $145 automatically populates and if you were to submit the refund, you would be out $4.68.
