This behavior has become repetitive so that’s concerning. He did this back in 2016 and it was blamed on a health issue so hopefully he’s ok and will eventually make good.

In the same boat. $180 sent 12/30. PM from him shortly thereafter saying thanks. And nothing since.

I had similar issues about a month ago. It took a couple of weeks (and PM reminders) for the cigars to be sent out but they came here in the end, in great condition and beautiful cigars.
I'm not saying that this is the best way to treat buyers but to call it a [b]scheme[/b] might be a bit premature. I hope you all get your cigars and that he is feeling better.

I have bought a couple of things from Marty over the years and never had any issues. My dealings with him were from a few years back though, and he was a member on another cigar board that I inhabited at the time. I hope he is ok, and that everyone gets made whole here eventually.

I messaged him and his wife respectfully asking if everything was ok and if he could get back to me.

I was only asking because I'm in multiple groups they're in Inman an admin group and if he's doing it here I wanted to check and see if we were having issues with him and these other groups you can private message me if you want if not no big deal
