Funny you say that, buddy. I just heard from another person who is still waiting to get cigars from you that he paid for on November 8th. There's definitely a pattern here, and it ain't a good one.

funny I say what Pete?? I understand your anger but not what you’re trying to do. Do whatever makes you feel better. I sent you a tracking number last night that you can check on and I sent you some apology Fuentes. I’ve sold enough on here and I always pulled through.

You did send me a tracking number last night. You also sent a tracking number to another buyer here who has been waiting almost 2 weeks to get cigars he bought from you.

Listen, I lagged big time and there’s no excuse. I understand your anger and frustration. And since you’re bringing up the other buyer I also took care of him. I apologize again. You will have your cigars but if you’re set on giving me the trader comment you want, go ahead man. There’s nothing else I can say or do at this point.

Don't act like it's an isolated mistake. Another person here didn't hear a word from you almost a week after he paid you. It's now another week and he still doesn't have his cigars

Man, you’re on a roll. Dude, worry about our deal, you trying to get people to see I’m a dirtbag because I took long to ship on these occasions?? Is that why you’re speaking for the other person?? Does this make you feel good about yourself?? How am I acting like this is an isolated thing? It’s in plain simple English, go read it again. You read my apologies, you want to drag this out go ahead. Leave me negative feedback, go ahead. I tried making things up to you but if being a keyboard tough guy makes you feel good go ahead. Sorry again and enjoy the cigars. Take care

The more you type, the deeper the hole you dig. I waited a week before you were shamed into responding to me. Another person on this site has waited two weeks and he STILL hasn't received his cigars. But I shouldn't be surprised by anything you do or say since you had these cigars for sale for over a month because you were greedy and tried to get more than a 200% markup.

There you go speaking for others again. Lol.

Shamed me?? Shame on me if I would’ve ripped you off. I’ll post both tracking numbers so people can see I pulled through. Late but I did. How am I digging a bigger hole for myself? This is obviously the highlight of your life man, I told you, knock your socks off and give me the negative feedback. Trust me, I UNDERSTAND YOUR ANGER AND FRUSTRATION. I tried to make it up to you by sending you 3 extra Fuentes. My way of saying sorry.

I am the "other guy" in this little story. Due solely to his decent history at CF (and maybe cuz I am, like, this really cool laid-back dude), I had been giving Jimmy the benefit of the doubt and presuming that I would, indeed, eventually receive the cigars I bought from him. Admittedly, I was a bit concerned when I saw that he was continuing to use the same sales thread for a 5er of DC Sharks [i]after[i] I had sent him my money but, apparently, he had more than one 5er to sell.

If anybody reading this is into live-action sports, you can join me in following along with the tracking number Jimmy sent me Thanksgiving evening (eta Monday).

Will the package arrive? Will I get my DC Sharks? Will the package contain the promised '"I'm sorry cigars"?  OMG, the suspense!

When people believe in opposing positions so strongly, there can certainly be misunderstandings and a lack of civility. Pete seems to believe that the seller did this intentionally, and out of malicious intent. Nevertheless, the seller accepted fault here, and has tried to rectify.

I would like to believe that what happened here, is that the seller forgot about his responsibility to two buyers, then was reminded via Pete. Seller then quickly fulfilled his duty (albeit late to both afflicted parties). At the end, all parties were resolved. It is the holiday season, maybe I am getting old and too nice (shock), but I forget things too sometimes (double shock) and can understand some misunderstandings due to lack of communication.

Thank you for posting this. I truly don’t like using “I forgot” as an excuse. I messed up but I’m no crook. Each package got the I’m sorry Fuente trio of cigars. If given the chance, this won’t happen again.
