Are you saying your order was placed on the 27th (of November) and you have not gotten it yet?  By my count thats 8 business days, and you are going to have to wait longer due to the holidays.  Patience grasshopper, 8 days is nothing this time of year.  It takes the USPS 5-6 days to send Christmas cards 1 county over around here.  If your order was from late Oct, then you have waited long enough.... and that should have arrived a couple weeks ago.

No, it shipped on the 27th.....  I have rarely waited longer than a week to get a box from the usual suppliers. 

A week? Lucky you. On average, about 2-3 weeks from ship date for me, but I have received stuff in a week but not recently.

My order from Lou got here in seven days.  My quickest was an order placed on a Monday and received on Thursday. 

I think you need to give this another week or 2, especially this time of year.

Oh how I envy you Americans and your easy and cheap access to Cuban cigars!

Cigars arrived today...

All packages showed up fine. Shipping took a week or so longer, but 'tis the season.

Order received today. Was placed on 12/5 and shipped on 12/7.
