Welp PB, looks like he did the same thing to me, the same day.. Looks like he spoke to you and i hope he speaks to me also.. Please PM me with some info..

He paid me a while ago, i sent the cigars, and yesterday he did a chargeback through PP, and they withdrew the money from my account.. I sent him two emails so far, and hopefully he will make this right..
