He said usps lost the package, but I never received a tracking number. Said he would refund yesterday, still nothing. Starting to get very angry.

He's scamming you.  No tracking means he didn't ship.

Yep, I'm scamming him over $120. I've done 50+ deals here and know many many guys in the cigar community but I chose to scam this guy over $120. You got me dipshit.

So you don't believe me? Then feel free to call a spade a spade and call me a liar... Why would I make that up just to steal $120 from you? I was selling them at a more than fair price, $24 a stick, which was what I paid for them in 2010. I dropped off 10 packages to be sent out for work and 1 for you. I didn't stand there and wait for them to label them because they will put postage on them and I can pay later when I come back. It's a perk of living in a small town. I've never had an issue with USPS so I didn't bother checking anything. Shit happens man and I guarantee you that I wouldn't create a hassle over $120. I appologized and said I'd refund your money. Case closed
