How to leave Traders Comments in Profiles

I think I may have found the problem.  Every user group has it's own permissions set, I think that there were some of the supporter groups that didn't have profile comments turned on, I found it this afternoon looking for why [b]RyJ Smoker[/b] couldn't see the galleries.

Can you use this function on tapatalk or only on the full site? I don't see the option under anyone's profile to do so. Ive done a few transactions here now and would like to leave some positive feedback for people the right way. Thanks for having me. Love the forum so far.
