To the OP...No, not in the sense of being able to buy them here. Returning visitors will be able to bring some back (current limit was recently changed to $100 value in cigars IIANM), but it will be a looooong time before trade even approaches normalization....IMO. The way our government works, with its propensity to overtax, it will actually encourage a perpetuation of the black market. I imagine continuing to purchase from overseas long after they are legally sold here.
