Don't take it to heart. Some folks just don't want to be involved with online money transfers
One of my good friends, who is older, will not us an ATM. He has to go into the bank to get cash. Some people are convinced their money is only safe when it is in physical form under lock and key.
They may have a point we have yet to see.
