That may be true, but unless I'm mistaken (I may be wrong but thought I saw in the other thread) the seller did offer the opportunity for payments or some other arrangement correct?

Yes, but only when the cigars were returned first. When the buyer protested this, as most would when the seller explicitly stated earlier that he didn't have the money to refund, the seller then said the refund opportunity was no longer going to happen.

Then an independent third party offered to hold the cigars until the refund was made and the seller still refused.

Gotcha.  There's so many pages I couldn't remember.  Bottom line, Leo can still make this right....hopefully he will change course and do the right thing!
It's one thing to be stupid, it's dangerous for a stupid person to think he's smart

There is such a thing as a "special kind of stupid"

Leo is wrong and ignorant here. Sorry. I am done with u. I tried to help you out like others did before. You are too stupid to see the trees from the forest. Bye bye Leo.

Having read through the several pages on this and the one about Harry007, I will say that la1994 raises as much eyebrows as Harry007 did.

Out of no where? I registered recently, have been reading threads and thought I would voice my opinion on this. Is it forbidden?
