Theres a local spot that has a bottle of 20 yr from 2013 for 800 plus tax.

I had to pay 85 just to get 10 yr from the B&M that is the one that ripped you off the least.

Damn!  This brand has really hit the rails!  I guess it's the hipsters with deep pockets?

I was fortunate to try some PVW 23 at a bourbon tasting here in Nashville - it was available for those with VIP tix ($35).  The greatest thing was, they would give you as many 1-jigger pours as you want!  My buddy and I took two each and then left the rest for everybody else.

This was the bourbon that got me liking bourbon.  I remember a truly silky smoothness and notes of cherry and coconut.  Sublime, but the price is nuts!  Is it going to be more than Louis XIII next year!?

Rhode Island is really small. They'll only get 1/2 a bottle.

PVW 23 is going for 900-1100 bucks on secondary right now. It's nothing like it used to be and is very oaky.
Going for a lot more than that on secondary. Hell, i figured I'd try to find a "cheap" bottle of JPS 18. Yeah right. Tthe craze has hit that too. $5-600

On Craigslist? Maybe higher, but on the message boards you can get a bottle of 23 still for about a G.
Yeah CL. Has JPS 18 dropped off the planet?

I'm honestly asking and not trolling, but is this stuff really worth all of this? I've never had it so I really am asking. Also, can someone explain the Lot B. stuff?

Lot b is basically Weller 12 selected by the van winkles.

Honestly, the newer shit sucks. The older stuff was amazing.
