This seems to happen both ways here.
I found a box I was interested in, contacted the seller and discussed having them sent to Canada for me. NO PROBLEMS. The seller was just going to check on shipping charges and get back to me last night as these arrangements were made yesterday.
I never recieved any messages regarding shipping last night so exppected to hear this morning.
A while ago while looking through the TSBC I see these sticks still listed and at a reduced price because they haven't sold yet !! ??? ???
I am hoping he just forgot, or maybe decided NOT to send them to Canada, but a response of some kind would be nice.

Leave him bad feedback... I did that with a guy here not long ago who dicked me a round for a few days on a purchase... then when he actually made the purchase, he put "cigars" in the PP info... gee thanks.  Leaving honest feedback warns others of his unwillingness to complete deals and lack of communication is a big problem with a lot of sales here.  I have a nice list going of idiots I won't deal with here and elsewhere.

I agree with this. We should all be factual with our feedback, giving our fellow brothers (and sister) a clearer picture of the person we are dealing with.

so even though the guy never said he wanted them you guys want to burn him? maybe he was asking because he was thinking about it. Maybe he was caught up at work, in traffic, picking up kids from school, doing real life stuff that he couldnt instantly respond. Maybe he decided against them and spaced getting back to you. Did he ever confirm that he wanted them? No. So in reality he didnt back out or flake on a deal.
