He has now crossed a line legally. To charge back money on a CC for goods received is a form of fraud.

Yeah he just scammed me out of $210 in smokes in the last month. He paid me then cancelled the transaction, so now Im down $210 in smokes, and owe pp $210. Just an FYI

This will teach me, I just looked at this thread. He cancelled the charge with his card company for $303 in sticks I sold him, leaving a negative Paypal balance for me. Been about 3 months. Lives about 45 mins. from me. Couple trades in the past, each way, seemed ok.
I would say this is a legal situation as it was obviously done with intent. Health issues? Ok, that's too bad, so being in the cigar trade is alright while you're having health issues? Don't think so.
